First Brand Inc. are primarily engaged in the Internet advertising and digital marketing sector with the focus being on company branding and personal branding. First Brand Inc. is an Internet service company that is engaged in web production and in Internet advertising with the main focus on brand marketing and brand building via the Internet. In the Internet advertising business, we collaborate with media nationwide and we have built our own advertisement portal service called "My Best Professional" and a recruiting site "My Best Job." Through these portals we offer nationwide access and exposure to individual business owners and SMEs at a reasonable price.
My Best Professional
My Best Professional is an Internet portal site which provides local businesses the opportunity to advertize and promote their businesses, as well providing a communication channel linking to clients and potential customers. Most importantly the clients which appear on these local portal sites are carefully vetted by local print media outlets as well as regional broadcast media before being accepted as “First Brand Inc.” clients. As a result of passing this vetting process the level of trust in these businesses is greatly enhanced among the regional populations. This how we are trying to revitalize the community, the local regions, and ultimately revitalize Japan.
First Brand Inc. started the first My Best Professional site in one city, Kobe, in one prefecture, Hyogo, in 2009.
Six years later, in 2015 we now have 47 portal sites in each of the 47 prefectures. The number of affiliated print and broadcast media endorsing our portal sites and professionals is 34. The registered number of professionals on our sites currently exceeds 3,000.

“My Best Job” is an internet based recruiting site which tries to match employers and job seekers. “My Best Job” has two main advantages over traditional recruiting sites. First, the employer listing a position doesn't have to pay any fees when they do so. The fee is only paid if they secure a recruit. Secondly if the job seeker is successfully recruited by one of the companies, they receive a congratulatory payment from the “My Best Job” site.
“My Best Job” transforms the “high cost” and “high risk” disadvantages associated with the majority of recruitment advertisement sites, thus reducing recruitment costs and reducing the risk of recruiting the wrong person. In addition by partnering with print and broadcast media, and utilizing the Internet, a wider range of announcements can be made. Finally by collaborating with the “My Best Professional” site, it becomes possible to find more suitable candidates for those who are recruiting on a small scale, which they may not have been able to do in local and regional areas.

This, I believe, is the essence of service and is the driving motivation behind all that we do at First Brand Inc.. There can be no compromises as we endeavor to achieve this.
In the traditional marketplace there are physical limits to the number of people that we can offer highly impressionable levels of service to. However, when we are offering services via the Internet's infrastructure, it suddenly becomes possible to provide happiness, along with convenience, not only to the Japanese market, but also to the global market, hundreds if not thousands of times over. This is the brilliance of the Internet.
Our lifestyles have changed drastically, and continue to be changed due to the evolution of information technology. Communication, contact with the media, consumer behavior, formation of public opinion have all been impacted by the Internet, so much so that in our modern connected lives, it is impossible for people to think of life without the Internet.
With this Internet growth there has been a corresponding drop in the costs of the services offered on the Internet. However in this pursuance of convenience and lowering of costs, one cannot help but think that personal service has been reduced or neglected. Are Internet services inadvertently becoming more faceless and impersonal?
We need to look back to the beginnings of the Internet, when one of the original lines of thought was that since the Internet will greatly reduce all costs, we should therefore be able to put more time and effort into providing customers with more satisfying, more personal, more surprising and more impressive services than before. Because it is the Internet, anyone should be able to “provide the best service beyond the satisfaction that we usually feel." Is this happening though? - Perhaps but probably not enough. We should never forget that the Internet was made for people, so that they could communicate and share.
